As time is running out for some of the legislatures in California Gov. Schwarzenegger held a press conference at which he declared a fiscal emergency.  This is important to all students in the California Communittee College system since some of the proposed items is to cut the educational budget and increase student fees.  This is an important time because the current legislatures will finish their term will end Dec. 2, and the previous Thursday is Thanksgiving.  Please tell everyone you know to advicate against what has been proposed and that we as students are the only ones that will be heard.
