The last post is wrong, AB 2261 is moving forward call your Senator and ask them to vote yes on AB 2261.

AB 2261 got amended yesterday in an non-substantive way. Its on Senate 3rd reading today. Call your Senator and ask them to vote yes on AB 2261 an act relating to Community Colleges and Open Education Resources.

AB 2261 got put on the senates special consent file yesterday and should be moving back to the Assembly for an easy concurrence vote that will put it on the Governor's desk. I know some students that have been doing a letter writing campaign to get the Governor to sign this important bill. We should all do that.
