The SSCCC Board of Directors reviews and approves an annual budget, which is recommended by the Finance Committee, the Vice President of Finance, and the Executive Director. The budgeting process usually spans several months, typically from March to May each year. The approved budget goes into effect in the subsequent fiscal year. Additionally, SSCCC provides transparent disclosure of an independent audit and annual tax filings in the form of 990 forms.
