Hotel Information

Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee and reservations must be made directly with the hotel. 

Hotel Room Rate: $169++ for both king and queen 

Hotel Cancellation Policy: (48) hours before arrival (11:59 p.m. hotel time, 2 days before arrival date) to avoid late cancellation or no-show fee of one night’s room and tax. 

Check-in:  4 pm
Check-out:  11 am

Early Departure Fee: applies if an attendee checks out of the hotel before the attendee’s scheduled departure
