Hotel Room Rate: $219++ for both king and queen
Hotel Cancellation Policy: (48) hours before arrival (11:59 p.m. hotel time, 2 days before arrival date) to avoid late cancellation or no-show fee of one night’s room and tax.
Check-in: 3 pm
Check-out: 12 pm
Early Departure Fee: applies if an attendee checks out of the hotel before the attendee’s scheduled departure.
