NOTE: The deadline to book reservations at the group rate & the booking link is coming soon! However, the SSCCC room block for the General Assembly will typically sell out prior to the designated date so reserve your rooms as soon as possible. 

Hotel Room Rate: $189++ for both king and queen 

Hotel Cancellation Policy: (48) hours before arrival (11:59 p.m. hotel time, 2 days before arrival date) to avoid late cancellation or no-show fee of one night’s room and tax. 

Check-in:  4 pm
Check-out:  11 am

Early Departure Fee: applies if an attendee checks out of the hotel before the attendee’s scheduled departure.
